My favorite part, well that's not quite right, the whole newsletter is brilliant, but this is the sentence that jumped off the page for me, "Instead of resisting the energy, they plugged into it and used it." Oh how I can relate to that, as you well know! There's a reason I've been hearing just "Go with the flow" for over a year now
