The problem is you have to read it with an eye towards context and not like some kind of menu. Much of what is said in the New Testament is directly tied to the Old. It's not a book that gives direct answers to anything, which drives some people mad.

Your divisions make some sense, but it's a three legged stool. You have to have them all for it to work.
