CRAIG COUNTY, Oklahoma -
The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is working with authorities in Craig County on an investigation regarding a shooting death that happened overnight.
Craig County Sheriff's deputies arrived at a residence off of 4340 Road at about 3 a.m. Saturday night, and found 65-year-old John W. Beisley dead of a gunshot wound.
The bureau said sheriff's deputies were alerted to the shooting after his wife, Glendora Beisley, 48, drove to the Muskogee 911 Center to report it.
The wife was arrested on a complaint of first degree manslaughter ...

VINITA - A Craig County man was shot and killed in what police said was the result of a domestic altercation ...
OSBI agents received the call around 4:40 a.m. Saturday but believe John Beisley died before midnight, she said. Brown said after the shooting, Glendora Beisley drove herself to the Muskogee 911 Center where law enforcement agents called Craig County authorities.
John Beisley was charged in May 2005 with domestic assault and battery, a misdemeanor. That charge was dropped in December, court records show.
Glendora Beisley was charged with assault with a deadly weapon in April 2010, but the charge was dismissed in October 2010, records show.
