When I hear a crash, thud, smash or bump, one name comes to mind: Sian [View all]

She is, without a doubt, the most rambunctious kidcat ever in my life. She races through the house, jumping on who or what ever might be in front of her. She has no problem challenging Madoc to a wrestling match, despite the size difference. None of the other fur babies are safe from her love of tussling. She is constantly on the kitchen counter, trying to help me cook or just looking for things to knock to the floor.

The refrigerator magnets are among her favorite targets. I keep limber by bending down to look for and pick them up. I put them back on the refrigerator, knowing full well that the next time I walk through that doorway, they will be scattered, again. Sometimes she doesn't even wait for me to leave. Yesterday she knocked one down and carried it off. A few minutes later I went back to the kitchen to find she had brought it back so I could return it to its proper place.

This morning I was attempting to civilize my look before heading to the store. The whole time she was on the bathroom vanity, giving me head bops, nuzzles, and standing up with her paws on my sweater, asking for kisses and scritches. She purrs pretty much non stop, and has a habit of sticking her tongue out at me.

I remember when I brought her in, I was so hopeful I'd find her a home, and so disappointed when that fell through. Now I can't imagine a day without her mischief keeping me on my toes.
