13. My Otis is 20 pounds of attitude and I'm crazy about him.

I got him as a 5-week-old, tiny rescue and he knew I was his person immediately. I got him from a woman at the university I worked at and she brought him to the office for me to take home that night. He hung out there most of the day but only would cuddle with me. I named him Otis after the elevator because he'd zip up and down my legs when he was little. Thank heavens he grew out of it. I'd be shredded wheat by now.
