35. skillet pork chops with taters and onions

the original plan was to wrap the whole package in foil and toss it in the oven, but i'll be a son of a biscuit if i'm not out of aluminium foil, so it's in the skillet.

making this from all recipes, but with about twice as much parm. i've made it before and it's .

we might have a salad, but that's if my husband puts it together. i worked about 11 hours today and this is about all i've got.
