12. I love pozole. My niece and my sister-in-law (both 100% Mexican heritage)

both put radishes on top of theirs.

It is hard to beat a good rich chicken stock or any well made stock actually

I have to laugh when I see "bone broth". We made bone broth before it was cool. What else are you going to do with that damn chicken or turkey carcass? If I wanted to make it and sell it I could make a killing. That stuff is NOT cheap

I like to roast beef bones a bit in the oven before making stock with them
