tender and nice! Mashed potatoes and gravy, some leftover coleslaw, and chopped cucumber with fresh mint in a mixture of sour cream and buttermilk (since I didn't have any yogurt). The wine was a Hungarian Tokaji Furmint wine, dry but fruity.
