What's for Dinner, Sat., 2/24/24 [View all]

Shrimp & asparagus quiche with spinach, red onion, and herbs (prol'ly basil and oregano, both fresh). I have a pie crust for this one in the freezer.

Tossed green salad with avocado, pepper, cucumber, red onion. Caesar dressing.

Basil blueberry kombucha.

Dessert: Greek yogurt and strawberries with toasted almonds on top. Dark Chinese tea.
