4. I have a very large espresso machine

It will steam milk much better than any stand alone frother. However, for cafe au lait I prefer just heated milk. If I was after a frothed milk drink, I’d just make a cappuccino.

I always brew aeropress at 195F. I also use a Breville kettle that can be set to a given temperature, but before I got it I would just bring water to a boil and then wait until it got to my desired temp.
