I use dried shiitakes from a pan-Asian market. I'm not crazy about mushrooms, but my husband is, so I hydrate and add them to cook in various dishes -- and then pick most of them out for him. If I could, I'd like to buy a tub, but no Costco nearby. I wonder how a mushroom gravy would come out with them.
