3. I had a Prime problem recently.

My wife is Japanese and we were watching Jury Duty. She needed Japanese subtitles to fully understand everything. After 2 episodes they removed all the international subtitles so we stopped watching.

I reported this and after a couple of months the subtitles returned and we finished the show. I wonder if this was part of the sloppy maintenance of the system?
