21. I checked "Who Is" for domain information.

The site is hosted by Dreamhost, located in Brea, California. The site owner is listed as a private registrant. The link has been posted by Occupy Milwaukee in Facebook. I'm sure someone will be able to find out more information about this site eventually. It may have been created without Sanders' permission or blessing, and it certainly will do his campaign no good.

ETA: The name that appears at the very bottom of the page on the site is Spencer Thayer, who has a twitter account: https://twitter.com/spencerthayer
