I think she almost takes it for granted and it feels normal to her so she doesn't mention the thousands of things she has done and accomplished: some big, some huge, some little details that made a difference for someone in a big way! Like allowing trans people to get Federal Id's with their preferred gender which then helped them to get State id's. She did this as SoS.
