instead of at the other end of State Street. I'm thinking Erwin will try to keep things pretty tight. Walk in there with a helium balloon, and you'll find out just how many Capitol Cops are around!

The Capitol Cops are charged with security of all of the State buildings, so they may be scattered around to help to secure other buildings within the zone, as well.
