44. Don't buy into the "Austin is the only cool place in Texas" myth.

There are charming places all over the state. Give San Antonio a try, and the Gulf coast is fun as well; the Rockport/Port Aransas area has a lot going for it.

So glad you enjoyed your first visit. Please come back.
