that I burst into tears, I often think to myself "what would make you look at this beautiful creature and think 'wouldn't it be cool to shoot it?'" I mean, not for food, not to use in any way, not to keep it from killing you. Just for "fun." It is the epitome of human cruelty and injustice.

I watch a lot of animal videos. Sometimes I watch some where a human rescues a wild animal. Inevitably there is a comment from someone saying something along the lines "That's just stupid. Why would this guy risk his life to help this animal? No animal life is more important than a human life."

That assumption confuses me. I think there are plenty of animal lives more important. Any elephant on the planet is more important than a piece of shit that would shoot an elephant for fun.
