Like you, I had dial-up for about fifteen years. Moving to DSL was like coming out of the Paleolithic age, and now I would kill before going back to dial-up. After two years on DSL, I still feel like I'm learning how to really use the Internet--there is so much I have missed out on, but I'm catching up! I had to harass my phone company for about eight years to get it, and even though it costs me quite a bit, I'm KEEPING IT--you will take my DSL modem away from me when you pry it out of my cold, dead, clenched fingers!
