"service" [View all]
Talk about frustrating -- got a suspicious looking email, ostensibly from Xfinity. Attempted to use their customer "service" to chat about it and spent a ridiculous amount of time going around in circles. Here I am trying to alert on possible phishing, and comcast/xfinity is effectively unreachable. I do miss the days when I could make a phone call and actually talk to a person. If this is "service", then I'm Queen of the World. Ye gods.
