Parents - what the heck am I supposed to do?

She doesn't like her knees, and will not wear shorts. Even when it's wicked hot outside.

She also says she's "ugly" because she doesn't have "pretty yellow hair."

This is despite us always telling her she's beautiful, and the fact we live in a fairly mixed neighborhood where being blonde is a slim minority.

WTF???
