8. The second time was hard too but once I had a good quit under my belt it has been easier to dismiss

that "aw.....I'll just buy a single pack and smoke them and not ruin my quit" thought. I've had one puff since I've been quit this time. I've never come close to buying a cigarette. I know I can't and I don't go there. So it is easier to stay quit.
