The classic image of a man clutching his chest in pain and collapsing really ought to be put to rest. There are a great many symptoms that can indicate a heart attack, including back, jaw, or wrist pain; nausea; feeling overheated; and weakness.

When in doubt, get to the hospital, immediately, ideally by ambulance but if necessary with another driver.
