I don't know if this is just the local Fox, or if "Local TV" have now decided to use FNC's methods. Or just a bad report. I usually associate local Fox stations with reasonably good reporting. Maybe WGHP (my local Fox affiliate, also owned by "Local TV&quot has a better reputation because it was a former ABC station and a lot of that mindset remained.

But a single TV report with unrealistic settings and no set standards for the test means that there is a fair way to go to establish a "too stoned to drive" standard. It did prove one point... The state wantsto set a standard that means some people will fail even if they haven't used cannabis for quite a while.
