2. What's Pap's source on Trump being worth only around $40 million?

I've been saying that Trump's actual worth is a fraction of what he's been claiming, based on his exaggerations on himself on everything else he talks about.

If Trump's actually only worth $40 million as Pap stated, then he's only worth what he inherited from his Daddy. That's a problem I've had with today's wealthy. Most of them didn't build their wealth from little or nothing; they inherited a big pot of money from the family but act like their financial and social success is all because of them.
