Wish I'd had a prof. like him in college, he's one of the best communicators and educators I've ever seen. In one lecture a few years ago he emphasized how he detests grading students which causes them so much pressure and stress, and to him is an exercise akin to sorting and peeling potatoes, deciding which ones are best and placing them in different bins.
