Jesus never uttered those words. The Book of Revelation is apocalyptic literature addressed to a group of scared, persecuted people who feared for their lives. It is addressed to a specific situation in a specific time. Those who don't understand apocalyptic literature wrongly understand it. Given your post, I would surmise you don't understand it. What Gore1FL said is right, too.
