13. We need total election rerform nationally

Top to bottom. No more state created non-sense
Get rid of HAVA
All mail like in OR and same day registration like in CA
Special Federal felony / mandatory sentencing law for any person or elected official in any private, professional, or official capacity who implements or participates in any act designed to deny one or more person(s) eligible to vote the right to vote

This is only happens with complete Dem control of all branches and Harry Reid reforming filibuster. We should all demand it.
