not the State Department contractors. I see the wording from your quote does appear on that page, but if you read the rest of the page it specifically says the figures are for Department of Defense contractors.
I don't know what the real # is, nor do I want to put a lot more time into determining it. Thanks for posting that link. My only point is to resist the inclination to say that we are out of Iraq, or that we are leaving Afghanistan. I welcome all reductions.
