particularly their overuse of escalation and violence, the tendency to deny rights like photographing them on a sidewalk, and their always getting away with murder in shootings, but I can't agree with termination of employment here.
Photographing the license is worth a formal reprimand, but not firing the officer. As for not giving a ticket, that's always the officers discretion.

If he was moving to Texas, for example, why would or should he tell a cop on a speeding stop?
