I'm glad that states have more explicit constitutional rights to privacy than our own federal constitution apparently does, although there are several amendments in our federal constitution that suggests- if not outright explicitly tells us- that government wasn't intended by the Founding Fathers to be able to simply invade people's personal space without due process. Of course, our Extreme Court, in its zeal to ban abortion, completely ignored that.
