this AM. The Red States are going to be clobbered after all the Incentive to keep people on payrolls money dries up. From all reporting,that is where the bulk of this money ended up.

Several Banks and Business guru's are forecasting massive layoffs after December 1 st .

This will be a major reality check for states like Texas.
