"My human representative of a deity is better than YOUR perverse and dreadful human representative of a deity!" I mean, really...it's all stupidity, not designed to enlighten, but crafted soley to incite.
What I hear YOU saying, though, is that his "free speech" is more important than the laws of the state of California and/or the federal government. This man has done time in jail before for other crimes. He's ALSO violated probation before, and gotten sent back to jail before. This isn't his first rodeo.
He violated probation yet again by doing what he did. He had very SPECIFIC restrictions on his conduct and he violated them. No aliases, and ask permission before using the internet. Two lousy, simple little things. He broke his probation contract, and he did it knowingly. He should go back to jail again. No "passes" just because it's YOUR ox that has been gored, now.
If you're to be consistent, you have to stand for rule of law.
