5. Honestly I'm fundamentally against bringing adult charges against people under 18

but I've read a couple more articles about this case, and this Judge was a freaking disgrace in SO MANY ways, not just his argument on why the young man shouldn't face charges as an adult.

SO MUCH of what he did screamed out 'he's bought off by this kids wealthy family' ... I mean, from top to bottom.

And I hate that any serious criminal case, like this, could go to a 'retired on-call judge' ... because they simply do not have the same accountability, and it's a bullshit tactic by the State in general. It's a process ripe for corruption.
