A tourist from overseas will get shot by a yahoo, and the yahoo will claim "stand your ground." The tourist's country, and other countries, will issue travel advisories warning against visiting Florida for this specific reason. The tourist industry dominates all other special interests in Florida, and the law will be repealed.
