Vice President Pence has rejected suggestions that the inflammatory rhetoric from President Trump and others in the Republican Party has contributed to the rise of political violence, arguing that members of both parties engage in heated debate.
Pence made the remarks in an interview with NBC News after Saturdays Pittsburgh synagogue shooting, in which 11 people were killed and six wounded. The incident was the deadliest attack on Jews in U.S. history.
Several other Trump administration officials, lawmakers and others weighed in on the shooting in appearances on the Sunday morning news shows.
In the interview with NBCs Vaughn Hillyard, Pence denounced the shooting and said that the country has no tolerance for the kind of anti-Semitic violence that reared its ugly head today. But he also defended the often-explosive language used by Trump, maintaining that the president connected to the American people because he spoke plainly.

3. Climate change is not man made nor does it cause extremes in weather.
4. Trump's loss of the popular vote was due to voter fraud by millions of undocumented voters.
5. That the economy only turned around as of January 2017, not during the Obama years.
6. The tax cut did not cause the growing deficit.
7. Women who claim they are sexually assault are lying if they do not fight back or immediately call the police.
8. Republican racist, sexist and anti-semetic rhetoric does not contribute to rise in recent hate crimes.
9. While media coverage of Republican racist, sexist and anti-semetic rhetoric does cause such hate crimes.
And, if someone suggests otherwise, you just shake your head as if they are a dumb ass and laugh as though a little child is claiming to believe in Santa Clause: "Bless your heart. You think that over 20 people died when Puerto Rico was hit by a hurricane."
