When you're at work it's up to the boss to set the rules on things like protesting, not the government.
If I put up protest banners in my workplace, I'd be told to take them down and would be fired if I didn't . I think that's probably true of most jobs.
The last thing a company wants is to get in the middle of a political argument.
So it's really none of the government's business.
