I know what it is like to look forward to something similar and have weather ruin it. Just recently I was camping at a festival and high winds destroyed a lot of people's tents. Ripped them to shreds in the middle of the night. I ended up soaking wet and cold. I am glad they are trying to make alt arrangements for the participants.
