3. Actual non-citizens can be purged

That is not in question and even folks here would be ok with that.

But we have a state that will purge someone because they MIGHT possibly maybe be a non-citizen, or have the same last name as a non-citizen. The state's approach seems to be purge first, and ask questions later, like after the election.

In a case where there is doubt about the person's citizenship status, the benefit of the doubt should always go to the registered voter.
