Water from West Bank aquifers is actually diverted to use in Israel. Israel, as the occupying power in the Territories is obliged under international law not to loot the resources of the people in the occupation zone, let alone steal their land, murder and terrorize them.

If Israel helps the US, it is primarily in aiding and abetting crimes against the Palestinian people.
