other states' gain. I love how "local governments" are also included from doing business with Cuba. Reek Scoot and his minions has decimated local governments the ability to govern on many, many issues-from city/county gun ordinances to the raising of revenue. If he was the President instead of Governor, he'd be correctly classified as a dictator.
