The Jewish settlements in the West Bank and the roads connecting them make it impossible for the Palestinians to have a viable contiguous state -- unless the settlements are abandoned or the Jewish settlers are willing to live within a Palestinian state subject to Palestinian laws and authority ... is that what Netanyahu has in mind?
