Where the boys could get away with vagaries and dismissals, did Hillary imagine for one second she could get away with that?

How are you going to pay for it? Where’s the money going to come from?” If I had said we are going to leave it to the legislative process, people would’ve said, “Well, you’ve been around, you know how it works. How are you going to do that? You don’t have 60 votes.”
