This is NOT why I wore the uniform of MY country.
This is NOT why I stand proudly with my hand on my heart when our national anthem is sung.
This is NOT why I continue to say the Pledge of Allegiance when asked.
This is NOT why I honor my country.
This is why, today, I am sickened.
An act of TERRORISM in support of an American president who was aided into office by the foreign power against whom we were standing strong when I last wore the uniform 50 years ago this year.
