5. Distraction for something else hitting the fan this week??

He knows he doesn't have the votes and the August break is just days away....doesn't make any sense to do a vote on this now....

Unless Trump ordered him to as a distraction for something else coming out next week. Just speculation obviously but this isnt my first dog and pony show with these clowns and shit has been heating up, every hour it seems.
