Remember... It's not the crime, it's the cover-up.

Claiming executive privilege was a brilliant stroke though... it effectively tables the discussion after this news cycle and until after ballots are cast in November.

What happens after that is anyone's guess, but I'd bet my bottom dollar that Eric Holder's days as AG are numbered, and that number comes due just before President Obama gets inaugurated in January.
