My biological dad always tried to tear me down. I stopped talking to him as a result and from what I've heard he hasn't changed. I see no reason to forgive him for what he's taken from me. I'm not actively angry at him any longer, but that's not the same thing. I can't change him so why bother to let it get to me is what I figure.
