Should democrats be rooting against Trump at this point? [View all]

I will admit that as unsavory as it is I have been secretly rooting for Donald Trump in Republican primaries to this point. The sole reason is that I felt he was least electable and represented a complete meltdown for the GOP. Not that it really matters who I root for in that race since I already voted in my state's democratic primary, but I was curious if other democrats felt the same way and may be starting to change their minds. I think ideally from our perspective Trump will fall just short of 1237 and they will pick Ted Cruz on the 2nd ballot in Cleveland. I think that would piss off the Trump voters and keep many of them home in November and Cruz would look like a guy who stole the nomination with no mandate.
