Let's do something and see what happens. Not that anything will persuade the acolytes of the High Church of Redemptive Violence and their fetish object. This will also be an opportunity to see the electoral might of citizens in favor of reasonable regulations and their enforcement. (Isn't that what the acolytes have been complaining about for the last 35 years? Their continued opposition sort of makes it look like they were lying all the time. Imagine that!)
