In all 50 states. Even Texas. Even Wyoming where they have fucking drive throughs at their bars!!!!

Driver in car: You bet! I want a double bourbon on the rocks and a Bud.
Speaker: That will be 8 dollars and 50 cents. Please drive up to the next window.
VROOM!! Window opens.
Bartender: 8.50
Driver: Here's a ten. Keep it.
Bartender hands over a plastic cup and a can of Bud.
Pshhhht. Glug! Shlurp! VROOM! VROOOOOOOOM!
That's how one gets a drink at a bar in Wyoming.
