I smoke the bird just about every year and given its non-precise nature....when its done. Makes it hard on me because I have to tell the wife when to make the garlic mashed potatoes. Of course the mulled wine makes the decision to tell her also "non-precise"

Apps at 1pm, dinner at 2pm. I wish I could get away with having it at 7pm but I would probably lose

We arrive around noon and graze till everyone gets there, then it officially is served at 2

Growing up, dinner was ready when my mother finished burning the dinner rolls.

varies - this year cooking most of it Wed - may finish it at a friends beach house Thurs!
